Jobs MCP server

The Arihaan MCP server gives AI assistants live job postings from employers' own career sites: 4,000,593 open jobs from 104,852 companies in 228 countries, as of October 21, 2026, updated every day. It works in ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, Grok, any MCP client.

Server URL

Streamable HTTP. Apps sign in with OAuth (Google sign-in); code editors and agents send an API key as a Bearer token.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Employers' own career sites and the hiring platforms they post on (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Ashby and more), read every day. Not copied from job boards.

How fresh is it?

New jobs appear the day after they are posted; jobs taken down are marked closed the day they disappear.

Does it work in ChatGPT?

Yes. Add it as a connector with the server URL; the Connect guide has the steps.

Can I use it from code?

Yes. The same data and the same filters are a REST API.

Is there a free plan?
