These terms are between you and Arihaan Data Services LLC ("we"). By creating an account or calling the Arihaan Jobs API, MCP server or ChatGPT plugin you agree to them.

The beta

Access is by invitation and free during the beta. Features, limits and these terms may change; we will tell account holders about material changes.

Your account and keys

• Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with them.
• One person or organization per account. Don’t share accounts to get around limits.

Acceptable use

• Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
• Don’t resell or republish the job data in bulk as a competing dataset without our written permission.
• Use the data lawfully, including employment and anti-discrimination law.

The data

Job postings are collected from employers’ public career sites and are provided as is. Postings can change or close at any time; always confirm details on the employer’s own page before relying on them. The service finds and reads jobs; it does not apply to jobs or contact employers.

Availability

We work to keep the service up but don’t guarantee it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (nothing, during the beta).
