Privacy policy

This policy covers the Arihaan Jobs API, its MCP server (including the Arihaan Jobs plugin for ChatGPT) and this portal, operated by Arihaan Data Services LLC ("we").

What we collect

• Your account: the email address and name on the Google account you sign in with.
• Credentials: a one-way hash of each API key and access token. We cannot read them back.
• Usage: for each request, the time, the endpoint or tool name, the response status and how long it took, kept for 30 days, plus daily request counts for your limits.
• Search filters: the filters an app sends to our tools (for example a job title and a city), used only to answer that request.
• Access requests: what you type into the request-access form.

What we do not collect

• The content of your prompts or conversations in ChatGPT, Claude or any other app. Apps send us only search filters.
• Resumes or other documents you share in a chat. Those stay in the chat app; our tools receive only search filters.
• Payment details (the beta is free).

How we use it

To let you sign in, answer your searches, enforce request limits, show your usage, keep the service secure, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Job data

Job postings come from employers’ public career sites. They describe jobs, not you.

Sharing

We use Google Cloud to host the service and Google (Firebase) for sign-in. We share data only as needed to run the service or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Request logs are deleted after 30 days. You can revoke keys and disconnect apps at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and its data, email us from your account address and we will do it within 30 days.
